Susie is a second-generation Agency Owner, having purchased the Agency in 2021. As Dick and Mary Ann’s youngest daughter, she joined the Agency in 2011 after years in Management and Human Resources. Susie has a passion for helping others and enjoys being able to advise and protect our clients and their families. In her free time, Susie loves to travel and spends as much time as she can with family, friends and her Goldendoodle, Banks.
Dick is the Agency’s Founder and has over 45 years of insurance knowledge that he offers our clientele. Dick believes in the golden rule and truly tries to make sure every client is taken care of and satisfied with every outcome. In his free time, Dick enjoys watching the local Chicago sports teams and spending time with his family.
Mary Ann has been involved with the Agency since the beginning. As a licensed Agent, Mary Ann excels at customer service and always brings patience and empathy to every situation. In her free time, Mary Ann is extremely active in her church and spends as much time as she can with her 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren.
Rachel came to the Agency in August of 2022 with many years of Customer Service experience. Rachel is highly intelligent and has a natural ability for helping others…our clients absolutely love her! In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her partner Andrew, cooking, traveling and taking in a live concert.
